The Sector 4 City Hall is offering a new mobile application to its citizens, which becomes an extremely useful tool both for the residents of Sector 4 and for those in transit or with various needs related to local public administration.

With a user-friendly interface, very easy to access and use, the application is available to all owners of Android and IOS mobile devices.

The main features include the ability to pay taxes directly through the application, managing residential parking or public parking spaces (those with subscription), an interactive reporting module for various issues, information about public parking spaces and available spots in real-time, news from Sector 4, image galleries, and the option for quick access to the City Hall's Call Center.

For the tax and parking management modules, users need to have an account validated by specially designated operators due to personal information involved. Validation occurs within a maximum of 48 hours from registration in the application.

It has never been easier to pay taxes, fees, and fines directly through the application with a bank card. All payments are securely processed through a partnership with euplatesc.ro, and their registration in the system is automatic.

The residential and public parking module provides direct access to the online registry of Sector 4 Urban Mobility Directorate, including the option to request a parking spot directly from the application. Users can also update real-time data for an existing contract.

The reporting module offers some extremely important features as any report reaches the designated responsible person to address the specific issue depending on its type. Users can constantly track the status of their report – when it's assigned to a responsible officer, waiting for resolution, or resolved. Interactive dialogues with officers handling the report can be carried out, generating a history of the communication.

The section regarding news from Sector 4 gives instant access to all events happening in Sector 4, updates on City Hall projects, official press releases, or image galleries from Sector 4.

Public parking spaces are easy to identify on the sector map indicating directions to free spots with detailed information on rates, parking facilities like electric vehicle charging stations, and more. Fees for public parking spaces can be paid via card or SMS directly through the application.
